Genuine Issues — We're Here to Help
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or quality issue, we want to make it right. We replace items for:
- Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, loose stones, etc.)
- Shipping damage (bent, cracked, or significantly damaged items)
- Quality issues (tarnishing within 7 days, plating problems)
- Items that don't match the product description
We'll replace the item free of charge and cover return shipping.
📹 The Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us verify genuine quality issues and prevent fraud, we require an unboxing video if you believe your item has a defect.
- Use your phone camera — start recording BEFORE opening the package
- Show the sealed/packaged item clearly
- Open the box slowly and carefully
- Show the contents, the item, and the packaging
- Point out the specific issue (damage, defect, etc.)
- Duration: 30 seconds to 2 minutes is perfect
How to Report an Issue
- Step 1: Record Unboxing Video — Shoot a clear video showing the item and the defect, starting from the unopened package.
- Step 2: Contact Us Within 7 Days — Email us at [email protected] or message on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.
- Step 3: We Review & Replace — We verify the issue and send a replacement immediately. Shipping is free.
Important Terms
- Claim Window: You have 7 days from delivery to report a genuine issue
- Video Required: Without video proof, we cannot process damage/defect claims
- Return Shipping: For verified defects, we cover return shipping costs
- Replacement Only: We offer replacements, not refunds (on approved claims)
- Sizing Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges
- Wear & Tear: Items worn or damaged after purchase are not covered
